After School CLC

We encourage children to come to the Center on their accord, without feeling obliged to do so or without a sense of dutifulness, and to take up creative learning projects. CLC thus works with a holistic approach, primarily with the children who live in the villages near our Center. Here they get a chance to work with head, heart and hand.

Children are engaged through the following methodology:

• Peer to Peer Learning

• Holistic session :

A holistic session includes hands on activities to keep children interested and inquisitive about the topic like :
Discussions through videos, games, interesting puzzles, Theatre, Cut and paste, Group discussions, Match puzzles and crossword, Riddles, presentations, assessment using interesting worksheets etc .

Our Everyday Learning Center Activities Include the following

Sessions are designed on a weekly basis and posters are rolled out every Friday.

• Reading and Storytelling

• Recycling or Best Out of Waste

• Painting, Drawing

• Music

• Art and Craft

• Creative academics

• Origami

• Arvind Gupta Toys from Trash

• Pottery

• Indoor Games

• Outdoor games and Sports ( Football, badminton, valley ball, non competitive games )

• Nature Walks - Observing in nature to appreciate the beauty of the macrocosm

• Movie screening followed by the discussion

• Occasion based learning:- Example, we learn about the Independence of our country in the month of January before and after celebrating republic day.
